1. Type information (serial number) in the Search Window (upper left screen top of master accounts list)
2. Click the drop down arrow (by magnifying glass icon) and select “Serial number”
3. Click the Magnifying Glass Icon to action the search.
4. Clear search window and click magnifying glass icon to reload all accounts.
