When is a facility Compliant?

Created by Shawn Sanders, Modified on Mon, 23 Sep, 2019 at 8:07 PM by Shawn Sanders

A facility is compliant when they have complied with the minimum requirements as stipulated in the “minimum mandatory requirements” on the Facility Assessment Summary Report or has other wise meet the requirements of the municipal CCC Bylaw (for existing facilities) or with the BC Plumbing Code (for new facilities). This is often a requirement to install a backflow preventer. Once a customer confirms they have installed the required backflow preventer, the Hazard Classification would be changed in their FAST account with “LSC, MSC, HSC (for existing buildings surveyed) or LC, MC,HC (for new buildings).
