How can I edit the documents & email cover template notifications?

  1. Click on the Documents button (top page)
  2. Click Documents & Email Templates and select and open the appropriate notification to edit. Amend the template accordingly. The text in {brackets}, are Mail-Merge fields and can be added to the template in the Mail-Merge button. Margins can be changed in the Settings button. Header and Footer can be added but please contact MTS to provide guidance.
  3. Click SAVE when completed
