How do I cancel “Facility Assessment Notices” after a Customer has replied to a previous notice indicating their intensions to install a backflow preventer?

In the Customer’s account page;

  1. Select Tracking tab
  2. Click New, and in Tracking Item drop down arrow, select “Received Reply to facility assessment notice” add the date, time and paste email or type any notes in the Details field and click SAVE.
  3. Then enter a New Tracking item “Target compliance date”. This will set a new reminder for that date to track and follow up with the installation process.
