If a Customer replies with a target date to have a backflow preventer installed in order to be compliant with a facility assessment survey report, how do I keep track of that date?

In the Customer’s account page;

  1. Select Tracking tab, New, in Tracking item drop downs select “Target Compliance Date”,
  2. Select the Date of target compliancy indicated by the customer correspondence, time and then in “Details” field type or paste (eg. email) details of the correspondence received. A reminder will be generated on that date if the customer has not provided any further correspondence.
