If a Customer replies with a target date to have a backflow preventer installed in order to be compliant with a facility assessment survey report, how do I keep track of that date?

In the Customer’s account page;
- Select Tracking tab, New, in Tracking item drop downs select “Target Compliance Date”,
- Select the Date of target compliancy indicated by the customer correspondence, time and then in “Details” field type or paste (eg. email) details of the correspondence received. A reminder will be generated on that date if the customer has not provided any further correspondence.
