I have accidently Generated an incorrect notification to an account or batch of sorted accounts! How can I correct this?

  1. In the Batch Reports window, (Click on the Documents button (top screen), Click “View Batch Documents” the Batch report window will open).
  2. In the upper section of the window locate the Batch you wish to remove. You can find by date and time and Count.
  3. Highlight the batch you wish to remove and click “Remove Batch”. This will remove the Generated Document and the Tracking item from all accounts in the original batch.
