- In the Batch Reports window, (Click on the Documents button (top screen), Click “View Batch Documents” the Batch report window will open).
- In the upper section of the window locate the Batch you wish to remove. You can find by date and time and Count.
- Highlight the batch you wish to remove and click “Remove Batch”. This will remove the Generated Document and the Tracking item from all accounts in the original batch.
I have accidently Generated notifications to all Customer accounts! How can I correct this? Print
